1:1 FITNESS TRAINING - $80/HR
Includes:
Warmup, fitness evaluation, sport/goal specific training session
E-mailed copy of workout for you to keep
1:1 / SMALL GROUP BASKETBALL WORKOUT - $80/HR
Includes:
Dynamic warmup & Movement mechanics - 10-15 min
Form shooting - 5 min
Skill development - 30 min
Teach skill
Practice skill through repetition
Practice skill at game speed
Use skill against defence
Other:
Off ball movement/getting open
Reading defence (When and where to use taught skills)
Finish with shooting game shots at game speed & Free throws -10 min
Changes to schedule can be accommodated if discussed beforehand

BASKETBALL SPECIFIC 4-WEEK FITNESS PLAN - $120

One month of workouts! 3-5 workouts per week, specific to your goals
*This is self guided.
**We provide the plan, you do the work on your own. *No coaching included*
Must have access to gym equipment (dumbbells, barbells, cables at minimum)
