We offer online fitness and nutrition plans as well as wellness challenges in a private online group, 1:1 and small group in person coaching and pop up bootcamps in Chilliwack, BC


WORK WITH A COACH

1:1, small group, and pop up boot camps


1:1 FITNESS TRAINING - $80/HR

Includes:

  • Warmup, fitness evaluation, sport/goal specific training session

  • E-mailed copy of workout for you to keep


1:1 / SMALL GROUP BASKETBALL WORKOUT - $80/HR

Includes:

  • Dynamic warmup & Movement mechanics - 10-15 min

  • Form shooting - 5 min

  • Skill development - 30 min

    • Teach skill

    • Practice skill through repetition

    • Practice skill at game speed

    • Use skill against defence

  • Other:

    • Off ball movement/getting open

    • Reading defence (When and where to use taught skills)

  • Finish with shooting game shots at game speed & Free throws -10 min

Changes to schedule can be accommodated if discussed beforehand


POP-UP BOOTCAMPS - $10 per person/Hr

Keep an eye on Instagram for days & Times!

  • Full body group workout

  • Modifiers always available to accommodate various fitness levels

  • All are welcome

  • Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult


SELF-GUIDED


ONE TIME MACRO CALCULATION - $100 CAD

Includes:

  • Macros customized for you, calculated with your goals in mind!

  • A word document which includes information on how I calculated your macros

  • Intro to macros E-book

  • Client booklet - jam packed with helpful information to get you started. 

  • PDF resources: Recipes, Cheat sheets & more


BASKETBALL SPECIFIC 4-WEEK FITNESS PLAN - $120

-Be the fittest player on your team next season!

Includes:

  • One month of workouts! 3-5 workouts per week, specific to your goals

*This is self guided.

**We provide the plan, you do the work on your own. *No coaching included*

Must have access to gym equipment (dumbbells, barbells, cables at minimum)
